But one toxic team member can also have a multiplying effect on the whole team; anything times 0 can undermine everyone else’s efforts.
Don’t let toxic behaviors slip into the team – taking credit for other’s efforts, baiting and switching, belittling other coworkers, micromanaging, gaslighting.
It just doesn’t add up!
