With two decades of experience, Dr. Bloswick has held leadership roles in private and public pharmaceutical and CRO companies including Pfizer, IQVIA, Labcorp, and Fortrea, overseeing up to 60 countries, 2400 employees, and up to $500 million in P&L. Her career expertise has been shaped by operating business units, scaling up business segments, and increasing productivity and profitability through end-to-end understanding of drug development companies, as well as global geographic business expansion with a deep understanding of markets in Europe, the Americas, and Asia (China). She has also taught research ethics in the bioethics program at Yale University. Dr Bloswick has a PhD in pharmacology, and studied leadership at the London School of Economics.
